A day in the outdoor gym

Today’s workout:
> 2 dozen deadlifts with rock,
Periodic sprints to catch wind-blown hat,
Forearm and wrist work with rock hammer and mallet,
Couple of high pulls with full 5-7 gal buckets,
Many reps of bicep curls with rock and stuff,
Body weight squat reps sighting string lines and rock faces.
Yup. A busy day at the gym.

Later exercises:
Hand and eye coordination drills taking part of my sock apart.
And facial exercises cursing myself for not paying attention to the knitting instructions.
